We welcome up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or under) — a $150 fee applies per pet. One pet fee is due at booking; if you're bringing a second dog, just send us a message after your reservation is confirmed and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that cats are not permitted at our properties.
Our homes are located in residential neighborhoods, so we ask that guests keep the peace — no parties or events, please. Quiet hours run from 11 PM to 6 AM. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Your safety and privacy are both priorities. Our homes are equipped with motion-activated exterior security cameras — there are no recording devices inside. Each home has a digital keypad entry, and your access code is set fresh for every stay. We never reuse codes. Your unique code is set to the last four digits of the reservation holder's phone number, so it's easy to remember and hard for anyone else to guess. You'll receive your code on the day of arrival.

Every home is professionally cleaned after each stay by a licensed, bonded third-party cleaning company — so you can count on consistent quality and a genuinely fresh start every time.
All hot tubs are serviced daily to maintain proper chemical balance and water clarity. Our service team works between 8 AM and 4 PM and will access the backyard gate discreetly — no need to be home or let anyone in. Daily maintenance is required, but you're welcome to request a preferred service window or flag any times that don't work for you. Please note that by booking a property with pools, hot tubs, docks, or other amenities, guests agree to follow all posted safety rules and acknowledge that the homeowner and affiliated property management are not liable for loss, damage, or injury related to amenity use. Hot tub cover must be replaced when not in use.
